Initially the movements and postures may be awkward, uncomfortable and often difficult to remember.

If you have practiced something physical before or even another martial art, some aspects may be easier.

The way we move and understand how to become aware of the nuances which make up the postures and sequences are of paramount importance, which makes study quite a challenge.
