Once the basics have been learnt, the forms and postures with some two person exercises, it is time to look further into methods of practice.

When we practice alone, we imagine there is a partner – conversely when we practice with a partner it as if alone.

This means in essence, the solo practice is a direct consequence of the function and vice-versa.

The mind is the strongest tool we have to increase our understanding and abilities, learning to use it is without a doubt the most useful advice.

I will be producing some video to aid in the practice and understanding of Tai Chi.
